We decided to solve this problem by developing a Customer Portal that integrates with the Microsoft Product Catalog, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and uses Azure Single Sign-on to allow customers to securely register their tenant, view all of their licenses, add or remove licenses, and add new products/services instantly from a single dashboard. Turnaround time for changes decreased from 48hrs to 1-2 minutes. Customer now have access to licenses immediately, save money by removing unused licenses, and are more productive.
