Centralized email signature management solution for Outlook in Office 365

With its latest product release, 360 Visibility has rewritten the corporate email signature. 365 Monogram, a new cloud service for Office 365, introduces an unprecedented ease of use and level of uniformity to this business staple.

Historically, enterprises have struggled to maintain a consistent look and feel to email signatures that punctuate the emails that originate from their staffers’ computers. Sometimes, and unpredictably, they are slightly different from another, awash in sizing, formatting and design peculiarities. Such irregularities are not welcome in this, the digital business card that ideally signs off every email with a consistent branding of the organization behind them.

365 Monogram offers a simple and easy cloud solution that does away with the unknown perils of creating a corporate email signature. With it, users can create a template for designing a signature that allows them to enhance standardized static content —logos, company name, address and its overall “look” — with personalized dynamic fields of content — individual names and phone numbers. Deploying to staff and managing updates to email signatures are just as simple with a fully managed service that takes each signature and automatically loads it in each users Outlook.

365 Monogram relieves users of the extra steps of having to install anything on their servers or laptops by utilizing the applications that are built into the Microsoft Windows OS. Anybody already using Microsoft products (Windows 7 and later) has the functions and tools that 365 Monogram requires built into their environment. And if you don’t have Office 365, you can still use this solution inside of a more traditional style of environment. The program also leverages the Microsoft Azure Cloud, allowing users to both draw data from it for use in their signature and to use it to host the signature itself, meaning users can have access to the same primary working signature whether they’re emailing from inside (Outlook) or out of the office (Outlook Web App), anywhere in the world.

“We’ve been able to unify the process so that every email signature coming out of a business is identical, with dynamic content unique to each employee.” says Jason Meilleur, Senior Manager, Cloud Solutions. “The best thing about 365 Monogram is that it’s a very intuitive method of managing and deploying a corporation’s email signatures that can be adapted to any environment.”
